Listing Page details:
The listing page, this time, is split up,
due to the sheer volume/complexity of having
203 items in 7 different sections. This page
will still show an overview of the current
running total, and will show the % breakdown
of the results after auction is done. Below
are also quick links to the "listing
sections" so you can get right to whichever
area you want to, without waiting for an
entire section to load. Basically, you can
view ALL items, or just each group's section.....your
choice. From eachof those, you can click
to see the individual item pages. We recommend
you check the ALL listings page first, so
you don't miss any of the items, but then
access whichever listing page(s) you prefer.
Click on any of the links below to see THAT
section's listing. (Below the links is a
reminder of the basic Bidding Procedure/Information)

This % is then multiplied against the General Items total, for the group share of that section. In the lower table, the group total AND the group share of the general items are added together to show the grand total for each group, and how it's all broken down!

Basic Bidding Procedure/Information below:
Bidding procedure: remains as the past few months.
ALL items are viewable in "thumbnail"
form via the Listing Page(you are here!). Click
on any title/image/number in the listing
sections for an item and learn more about
that particular package. On those individual
item pages, is where you can also bid from.
On the individual page, beneath each item
is a spot to put in a bid amount, name, and
email address.. This then takes you to a
"preview" page with information
confirming your intended bid information(prior
to finalizing it). If all information is
correct, then, click "bid now"
to process the bid. ALL bids are logged and
new high bidder is sent a confirmation notice.
Previous high bidder is sent an outbid notice,
and we are sent a confirmation notice for
logging as well.
Nightly updates are sent ONCE per day(usually early evening)
during the auction, and are sent for each
item to the high bidder at that time. If
you are high bidder on 3 items, you'll receive
3 nightly update notices. If you're outbid,
you'll no longer receive notices on that
item unless you become high bidder again.
If you are NOT receiving a notice you believe you should be receiving, let us know ASAP! We'll look into the matter, however, make
SURE you enter your name/email address correctly
on the bidding pages first!
CURRENT running grand total is available on the Listing Pages(here),
as well as "current" item bids. The individual item bids are also on their
own pages; the listing pages just show an
overview.
Minor changes to things for this auction include: pages
now programmed to be "current"
all along. The moment the auction finishes,
all the necessary auction pages will reflect
the final results. In the first hours after
an auction, these will be "preliminary"
results, until we verify all of the bids/information.
When Pat sends out the "Official Notice"
to high bidders the following day, these
are considered final results. But, overall,
the pages are now more "live" and
require less maintenance, so we hope they'll
be more useful to everyone!
Names and Email addresses are NOT posted during the auction. If you
prefer to have a bid "Anonymous"
write to Pat and tell her which one, etc. We'll work that
out. If there are ANY problems bidding, let us know as well. Please let us know what you think or if you have any suggestions,
ideas!
The Rest: is pretty much similar. Listing Pages show
ALL items, Info page is for "who"
the fundraiser is held, and the Front page
is the front door/basic info page! ALL main
areas of this auction are accessible from
the "auction bar"(that little grey
bar at the top of the pages...is now ALSO
at the bottom of most pages!).
