This auction is now over, but results will remain posted for reference.
Basically, the auction is divided into "sections"
and you can navigate about from anyone.
The pages for the auction- FRONT page shows the introduction and some basics on the fundraiser.
Information Page- is merely some of what this auction is
held for. Other information is on the FRONT
page as well, but the information page has
some nice pics and more information!
Item Listing Page-(where you are right now)- shows an overview
of each item, current bid, and current total
bids. Links to each item's individual page
is from that item's listing. In the listing
below, you see a small image for each item,
and can click on any link for that item to
view it in more detail, and read that item's
detail. Those are the "individual" pages for each item, and you can navigate between
items with the previous/next links under
the item details. BELOW each item on the individual pages is
the Bidding Form area. Fill in the details there(do NOT use the
$ sign....and only whole dollar amounts);
also fill in your name AND correct email
address. If you wish to remain anonymous,
fill in the details anyway, and email Pat and let her know, and we'll keep it anonymous.
High Bidder names are NOT posted during the
auction, but will show up after the auction
as the winning bidder for each item. Once
you fill in the information on the Bid Form,
click on "Preview Bid"......to
verify that your information is correct.
You MUST still click the "Bid Now"
button on THAT page to process the bid. If you
don't, it won't be finalized. This preview
page is merely to let you see what information
will be entered as the bid....if you want
to make any changes, go back and do so before
hitting the "Bid Now" button. If
you are the new high bidder, you'll be shown
a confirmation page, and be sent a confirmation
email. If you are outbid on an item, you
will receive notice to such. EACH night, a nightly update will be sent during the auction to "current"
high bidders. If you are high bidder on more
than one item, you'll receive one notice
for EACH item. If you are outbid, you will
no longer receive the updates until you again
become a high bidder for that item. If you
have problems, or questions on the process,
contact Pat during the auction and she can help.
Completion of the auction- you can bid up until the end, but the moment
the clock runs out, you cannot bid anymore,
and final results(preliminary at first) then
show. Once they are verified, the final Official Notices are sent to the high bidders. Total your wins(including any additional shipping on the few items that mention so in their description), and send total amount to KLU at the
address noted in the final Official Notice mail you receive.
